Ask any of OTECH’s customers and they will tell you about how easy it is to deal with our customer service people. Our late founder Jack O’Donnell would say everyone in the company’s first responsibility is customer service. The best thing we can do at OTECH for our customers is to be not just responsive, but also to anticipate your needs. And oh by the way, we also have to be fast, accurate and communicate to really serve our customers.
