I manage a team of 70+ plant operators to ensure quality manufacturing operations. We typically operate 24 hours a day, 6 to 7 days a week turning thousands of raw materials into amazing products for our clients.

With 25+ years in the plastics industry, I have a knack for managing a variety of teams to complete and exceed company objectives and goals. My background includes general management, operations, product engineering, facilities management and new product development.
Some unique things about me
I’ve implemented a number projects to help bring increase efficiency, safety, and drive sales. Some recent projects I’ve spearheaded include the formation of an employee empowered safety committee resulting in only one loss-time accident in 2017. I’ve also reduced maintenance and plant expenses by 8% while reducing overall downtime by 28%.
What I do when I’m not at work
I enjoy spending time with my family and working on various landscaping projects when weather permits.
