Who I work with
I manage a 10+ member sales team covering all US domestic sales as well as Quebec, Canada for OTECH Compounds. I spend most of my time working with international companies and entrepreneurial startups to make big ideas come to life. I also manage and train my team on new sales strategies and marketing for all of OTECH Compounds. Together, we’ve generated $60 million in sales for 2021.
What is my specialty
I make product developers dreams come true with innovative solutions and thoughtful design. With 25+ years in the plastic compounds industry, I’ve managed teams and designed products from wind turbines all the way to pencils created from recycled rubber from automobile tires. I have a unique vision with vast experience in the plastics industry and can easily adapt to client needs.
Some unique things about me
I hold a Bachelor’s in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from McDaniel College, so it’s fitting that I’m involved in the plastics industry. I’ve worked on projects for customers in many industries such as footwear, wind power, transportation, and beyond. I’d say I’m a team player, and many call me a great leader. My skills have led to multi-million dollar deals and have created products that power our planet.
What I do when I’m not at work
I love to run, lift weights, ski, and spend time with my family.
